Why Dri-Fit Fabric Matters in UAE Heat

Most performance polos are 100% polyester. They dry fast, but they feel synthetic against the skin and start holding odour a few hours into a shift. Most comfortable polos are cotton. They feel good going on, but they soak through, stay wet, and show sweat patches by mid-morning.

Cooltex is built in two layers to get both. The inner layer sits against the skin and stays soft and breathable. The technical outer layer pulls moisture through from the inside and spreads it across the surface, where it evaporates fast instead of sitting in the fabric.

The result is a polo that feels like cotton and performs like technical sportswear — in 45°C, on a showroom floor, or moving between air conditioning and outdoor heat all day.

A standard cotton polo absorbs sweat and holds it, so it stays wet and shows marks. A standard polyester polo dries fast but feels synthetic and holds odour. Cooltex uses two layers — a soft inner layer against the skin and a technical outer layer that moves moisture out and evaporates it quickly. You get the feel of cotton with the performance of technical sportswear.

Far less than cotton. Because moisture is drawn through to the outer surface and spread out rather than soaking into one spot, visible patches are minimal even in UAE summer conditions. Darker colours hide it almost entirely.

Ten pieces per design for branded orders. Plain stock polos are available in smaller quantities through our online store.

Cooltex polos are held in ready stock, so branded orders typically ship within a few working days of design approval — considerably faster than made-to-order uniforms. Large or multi-colour orders take longer.

Both. Embroidery holds cleanly on the knit and is the usual choice for corporate and customer-facing teams. Screen printing and DTF are available for larger logo areas and multi-colour artwork. All branding is done in-house.
