For bulk orders with a simple logo, screen printing gives the best value and durability. For detailed full-colour artwork or smaller runs, DTF is usually better. Sublimation suits all-over designs on polyester sportswear, and embroidery is the premium choice for polos and corporate wear.

Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen, one colour at a time, so it is most cost-effective for large runs of simple designs. DTF prints the full design onto a film that is heat-pressed onto the shirt, which handles unlimited colours and fine detail without per-colour setup.

Cotton feels soft and suits everyday wear, staff tees and merch. Polyester dries faster and is needed for sublimation printing, so it suits sports and outdoor events. For staff working in UAE heat, a moisture-wicking polo like Cooltex combines the comfort of cotton with fast drying.

Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — give the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG also works for DTF and sublimation. If you only have a low-quality logo, our design team can redraw it for you.

Turn shirts inside out, wash cold or warm, and avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. That keeps screen prints and DTF transfers bright for much longer. Embroidery and sublimation are the most wash-resistant of all.

Samples are typically ready in around 7 days, and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval depending on quantity and print method. For event dates, tell us the deadline at the start and we will plan backwards from it.

As early as possible. National Day is the busiest printing season of the year, so production capacity fills up fast. Ordering at least four to six weeks ahead gives time for mockups, samples and bulk production.
