Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil, one colour at a time, onto the garment. Once the screens are set up, every additional shirt is fast and economical to print — which is why screen printing remains the first choice for bulk company t-shirts, school events, uniforms and merchandise in Dubai.
The result is a bright, opaque print that stands out on both light and dark fabrics and lasts through repeated washing. It works best for logos and designs with a limited number of solid colours, on cotton and cotton-blend garments.

Screen Printing FAQs
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a method where ink is pushed through a fine mesh stencil onto the garment, one colour at a time. It produces bright, durable prints and becomes very economical once the screens are set up, which makes it ideal for bulk orders.
What is the minimum order for screen printing in Dubai?
Ten pieces per design. Screen printing becomes more economical as quantities grow, so larger runs have a lower cost per piece.
How many colours can you screen print?
Screen printing works best for designs with a limited number of solid colours, because each colour needs its own screen. For full-colour or photographic artwork we recommend DTF or sublimation.
Can you screen print on dark t-shirts?
Yes. Screen printing produces an opaque layer of ink, so bright colours and white print clearly on black, navy and other dark garments.
Is screen printing better than DTF?
For larger quantities of a simple design, screen printing gives the best value and durability. DTF is better for detailed full-colour artwork, small runs and individual personalisation.
How long does a screen printing order take?
Samples are usually ready in around 7 days, and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval. Tell us your event date and we will plan around it.
Do you supply the t-shirts as well as the printing?
Yes. We manufacture and supply t-shirts, polos and hoodies, so fabric, colour and print are handled in one order.
How much does screen printing cost in Dubai?
The cost per piece depends on the number of colours in your design, the number of print positions, the quantity and the garment. Each colour needs its own screen, so simpler designs and larger quantities bring the price per piece down. Send us your logo and quantities for a free, itemised quote.
What is the cheapest way to print company t-shirts in bulk?
For large quantities of a simple one- or two-colour logo, screen printing usually gives the lowest cost per piece. For small runs or full-colour artwork, DTF is often better value. We will recommend the most economical method for your order.
