Security guard uniforms for guarding companies, facilities management and in-house security teams — shirts, cargo trousers, jackets and accessories, branded with your logo and manufactured in the UAE.
Guarding · Facilities Management · In-House Security
A security uniform has two jobs. It has to signal authority the moment someone walks through the door, and it has to stay comfortable and presentable through a twelve-hour shift — often outdoors, in Dubai heat, standing or patrolling the whole time. Milano Group has manufactured security uniforms in Dubai and across the UAE for over 25 years, and we design every set around both.
We supply security companies, facilities management firms and in-house security teams at hotels, malls, banks and residential towers. Shirts, trousers, jackets, caps and accessories are made and branded in our own facility, so a guard on day one looks identical to a guard who has been on site for three years.

We specify fabric, cut and finish around how guards actually work — not around how the uniform looks on a hanger.
Dark, structured shirts and jackets with epaulettes and clear security patches, so your guards are recognised instantly.
Breathable fabrics for 12-hour shifts. For outdoor posts and event security, Cooltex moisture-wicking polos keep guards dry.
Reinforced trousers and hard-wearing fabrics that hold their colour and shape through constant wear and frequent washing.
Company logo embroidery, security patches, epaulettes and ID holders, applied in-house and matched across every order.
Uniform Styles
A guard at a bank lobby, a patrol officer on a construction site and a team working a stadium event need very different uniforms. These are the styles we make most often.
Shirt with epaulettes and badge pocket, dark trousers, cap and duty belt. The standard look for building, residential and warehouse security.
Tailored suits or blazers with shirt and tie for corporate lobbies, banks, VIP protection and hotel security, where a guard needs to blend in and still look in charge.
Six-pocket cargo pants, hard-wearing shirts and jackets for mobile patrols, industrial sites and perimeter security.
Breathable Cooltex polos and reflective jackets for event security, parking, gates and long outdoor shifts.
Women’s cuts of shirts, trousers and jackets, matched to the men’s set in colour and branding so the whole team looks the same.
Rank epaulettes and role patches that make guards, supervisors and security managers easy to tell apart on site.
Who We Supply
Whether you deploy hundreds of guards across multiple sites or run a small in-house team, we build the uniform programme around how you operate.
Bulk security guard uniforms for multiple client sites, with fast top-ups when you win a new contract or onboard new guards.
Security and soft-services uniforms in one programme. Pair with our workwear for maintenance and technical teams.
Uniforms for in-house teams that match the property’s brand. Hotels can order alongside hospitality uniforms.
Uniforms for residential towers, community gates and events, including lighter options for outdoor and short-term deployments.
New Contracts & New Guards
Security companies win new sites on short notice, and guard turnover means new staff arrive every month. We plan for both. Your patterns, fabric, Pantone references and logo files stay on file, so a new contract or a single new guard gets an exact match to your existing uniforms.
Samples are ready in around 7 days and bulk production runs 2–4 weeks after approval, with delivery sorted by site and size across Dubai and the UAE.

Common Questions
A standard set is a shirt with epaulettes and a badge pocket, trousers or cargo pants, a jacket for patrol or night shifts, a cap and a duty belt, finished with company logo embroidery, security patches and an ID holder. Executive security teams often wear a suit or blazer instead.
Navy and black are the most popular because they read as authoritative and hide wear well. White or light blue shirts suit indoor corporate and concierge security, and reflective elements are worth adding for parking, gates and roadside posts. Most companies also choose colours that are clearly distinct from police uniforms.
Poly-cotton blends are the usual choice for shirts and trousers: durable, easy to care for and good at holding colour. Twill suits cargo pants that take more wear. For outdoor posts in UAE heat, a moisture-wicking fabric like Cooltex keeps guards far more comfortable.
Yes. We make women’s cuts of shirts, trousers and jackets, matched to the men’s uniforms in colour, fabric and branding.
Wash dark uniforms inside out at a moderate temperature, avoid bleach, and hang them to keep their shape. Many companies issue at least two or three sets per guard so a clean uniform is always available, which also helps each set last longer.
Ten pieces per design. That works for a small in-house security team as well as a guarding company outfitting several sites, and larger volumes are priced accordingly.
Samples are typically ready in around 7 days and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval. If your designs are already on file with us, repeat orders for a new site move faster because there is no design or sampling stage.
Yes. We produce in volume and deliver sorted by site and size, so each location receives exactly what its guards need.
Yes. Logo embroidery, security patches and epaulettes are all applied in-house, and we work to Pantone references so your colours match across every garment and every order.
For structured uniforms we use breathable, hard-wearing fabrics suited to long shifts. For outdoor posts, patrols and event security, our Cooltex polo shirts are a strong option — the 2-layer fabric stays soft against the skin while moving sweat out fast.
Yes. We keep your patterns, fabric specification, thread codes and Pantone references on file, so uniforms for new guards match what your team already wears.
Yes. We supply peaked caps, duty belts, epaulettes, patches and ID holders, branded to match the rest of the uniform.
Yes. In-house security teams often need uniforms that reflect the property’s own brand. Hotels can order security alongside hospitality uniforms, so the whole property comes from one supplier.
Pricing depends on the garments in the set, fabric, branding and quantity. Per-piece cost drops as volume increases, and multi-site programmes are quoted as a package. Send us your headcount and requirements for a free quote and mockup.
