Medical scrubs, doctor coats, nurse uniforms and lab coats for hospitals, clinics and pharmacies — colour-coded by department, branded with your logo and manufactured in the UAE.
Hospitals · Clinics · Pharmacies · Labs
Healthcare uniforms work harder than almost any other workwear. They are worn through twelve-hour shifts, washed hot and often, and they are the first thing a patient notices about your clinic. Milano Group has manufactured medical and hospital uniforms in Dubai and across the UAE for over 25 years, for hospitals, private clinics, dental and aesthetics practices, pharmacies and laboratories.
We make scrubs, doctor coats, nurse uniforms, lab coats and patient gowns in our own facility, colour-coded by department and branded with your logo. Because patterns, colours and logo files stay on file, uniforms for new staff match the ones your team already wears.

We specify fabric, cut and finish around clinical work — long shifts, constant movement and laundering that would wear out ordinary clothing.
Fabrics chosen to hold colour and shape through frequent hot washing, so scrubs still look professional months later.
Breathable cuts with room to bend, lift and move, for staff on their feet through twelve-hour shifts.
Colour coding by department and role, so patients and colleagues can tell nursing, surgical and lab staff apart at a glance.
Clean, consistent uniforms carrying your logo build confidence the moment a patient walks in.
Colour Coding
Many hospitals and clinics assign a scrub colour to each department or role. We help you plan the scheme and keep every colour consistent across every reorder.
Doctor scrubs and white coats, often in navy or a signature clinic colour.
Nursing scrubs and tunics, colour-coded by nursing grade if required.
Surgical scrubs for theatre teams in a dedicated colour.
Lab coats and scrubs for lab technicians and phlebotomy staff.
Pharmacy uniforms and coats for pharmacists and assistants.
Scrubs and tunics for dental assistants, hygienists and aesthetics clinics.
Front-desk uniforms that match the clinic brand. See our office uniforms.
Durable tunics for cleaning and support staff, like our housekeeping uniforms.
Colours shown are examples. Every scheme is matched to your own brand and Pantone references.
Who We Supply
From a single-doctor practice to a multi-department hospital, the uniform programme is built around how you operate.
Hospital uniform programmes across every department, with colour coding, large volumes and regular top-ups as staff join.
Branded scrubs and coats that make a private clinic look established from the first appointment.
Modern, fitted uniforms for dental practices, dermatology and aesthetics clinics where presentation matters.
Lab coats and pharmacy uniforms for pharmacy chains, diagnostic labs and research teams.
New Clinics & New Staff
Healthcare teams hire all year round, and a new clinic needs every department dressed before the first patient arrives. We plan for both. Your scrub colours, coat styles, Pantone references and logo files stay on file, so a single new nurse or a whole new branch gets an exact match.
Samples are ready in around 7 days and bulk production runs 2–4 weeks after approval, with delivery sorted by department and size.

Common Questions
Poly-cotton blends are the most common choice: breathable, durable, and able to hold their colour through frequent hot washing. Higher cotton content feels softer but fades and creases faster, while higher polyester content lasts longer and dries faster. We send fabric swatches so your team can compare before ordering.
Navy, teal, ceil blue and green are the most popular because they look clean and hide wear well. Many hospitals assign a colour to each department so staff are easy to identify. Private clinics often choose a colour that matches their brand.
Scrubs are the everyday clinical uniform — a top and trousers worn throughout the shift. A lab coat or doctor coat is worn over clothing or scrubs, mainly by doctors, pharmacists and lab staff. Many clinics order both.
Follow your facility’s infection-control policy first. In general, wash scrubs separately from everyday clothing, turn them inside out to protect colour and logos, and avoid fabric softener on embroidered areas. Issuing two or three sets per person keeps a clean set available every shift.
Yes. We make men’s and women’s cuts of scrubs, nurse uniforms and coats, matched in colour and branding across the whole team.
Ten pieces per design. That suits a small clinic as well as a multi-department hospital, and larger volumes are priced accordingly.
Samples are typically ready in around 7 days. Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval, depending on volume and the number of designs. Repeat orders are faster because your designs are already on file.
