Hi-vis vests, reflective jackets, reflective coveralls and safety trousers for construction, roadworks, logistics and industrial sites — branded with your logo and manufactured in the UAE.
Construction · Roadworks · Logistics · Industrial
On a busy site, being seen is the first layer of protection. A worker next to moving plant, a traffic marshal at dusk or a picker in a logistics yard needs to stand out instantly — in daylight through fluorescent colour, and at night through reflective tape that throws headlights straight back. Milano Group has manufactured safety uniforms in Dubai and across the UAE for over 25 years.
In UAE heat, the hard part is making high-visibility clothing something crews will actually keep on. We make breathable mesh vests, hi-vis polos and lighter reflective garments alongside heavier coveralls and jackets, all branded with your logo and role markings in our own facility.

Fluorescent colours, reflective tape and your company branding applied in-house, from 10 pieces per design.

Visibility is the job. Everything else — comfort, durability, branding — has to work without compromising it.
Fluorescent fabric for daylight visibility, plus retroreflective tape that bounces headlights straight back after dark.
Mesh vests, breathable polos and lighter fabrics so crews keep it on through UAE summer instead of taking it off.
Colour-fast fluorescent fabric and securely applied reflective tape that holds up to frequent washing.
Company logos plus role markings such as SUPERVISOR or SAFETY OFFICER, printed on the back where they can be read across a site.
Buyer’s Guide
Many site HSE plans specify high-visibility clothing by class under the international standard EN ISO 20471. The class depends on how much fluorescent and reflective material the garment carries.
| Class | Minimum fluorescent fabric | Minimum reflective tape | Typically used for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Class 1 | 0.14 m² | 0.10 m² | Low-risk areas away from traffic, often as hi-vis trousers or simple vests |
| Class 2 | 0.50 m² | 0.13 m² | Vests and polos for construction sites, logistics yards and roadside work |
| Class 3 | 0.80 m² | 0.20 m² | Highest visibility — jackets and coveralls for high-speed roads and night work |
Your site’s HSE plan decides which class you need. If your project requires a specific class, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm the specification before production.
Where It’s Worn
Wherever people work near vehicles, machinery or low light, visibility clothing does the first part of the safety job.

Hi-vis vests and polos for crews working near plant and cranes. Pair with our industrial workwear and coveralls.
Hi-vis vests and polos for yards, loading bays and warehouses where forklifts and trucks operate.
Reflective coveralls and jackets for field and maintenance crews. Send us your site PPE specification and we will advise.
Hi-vis vests, jackets and coveralls for ground handling, cargo and port operations teams.
Branded hi-vis vests for car park attendants, marshals and event security teams.
Projects & Mobilisation
Most sites will not let a worker through the gate without the right high-visibility clothing. We plan your order around the mobilisation date, then keep matching stock on file for new workers and replacements as garments wear out.
Samples are ready in around 7 days and bulk production runs 2–4 weeks after approval, with delivery sorted by site, role and size across Dubai and the UAE.

Common Questions
Under EN ISO 20471, the class reflects how much fluorescent fabric and reflective tape a garment carries. Class 1 is the lowest, Class 2 is typical for vests on construction and logistics sites, and Class 3 gives the highest visibility for high-speed roads and night work. Your site HSE plan normally specifies which class is required.
Both are highly visible. Fluorescent yellow stands out best in most daylight and urban settings, while orange contrasts better against green or sandy backgrounds. Many sites also use the two colours to separate roles or contractors.
Mesh vests are far cooler and are what most outdoor crews prefer in summer. Solid vests take printing better and suit indoor or cooler work. For all-day wear in heat, a hi-vis polo is often the most comfortable option of all.
Safety uniforms are built around visibility — fluorescent colour and reflective tape for work near traffic or machinery. General workwear and coveralls focus on durability and function. Many companies combine both, such as a standard coverall worn under a hi-vis vest.
Wash at a moderate temperature, turn garments inside out, and avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can damage reflective tape. Replace garments when the fluorescent colour has visibly faded, or when reflective tape is cracked, peeling or no longer bright under light.
Tell us the class your site requires when you enquire. We will confirm the fabric and tape specification with you before production, so the garments match your HSE requirement.
Ten pieces per design. That suits a small maintenance team as well as a contractor mobilising hundreds of workers.
Samples are typically ready in around 7 days and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval. Repeat orders are faster because your designs are already on file.
Yes. We add company logos and role markings such as SUPERVISOR, SAFETY OFFICER or MARSHAL. Printing and heat transfer work best on mesh vests, while embroidery suits solid vests and jackets.
