Coveralls, work shirts, cargo trousers and workshop uniforms for construction, factories, warehouses and maintenance teams — built for UAE heat and branded with your logo in our own facility.
Construction · Factories · Warehouses · Workshops
Workwear in the UAE takes a beating that office uniforms never see. It is worn through long shifts in serious outdoor heat, dragged across concrete and machinery, and washed constantly to get grease and dust out. Milano Group has manufactured industrial workwear in Dubai and across the UAE for over 25 years, and we build every garment around how your crews actually work.
We make coveralls, work shirts, cargo trousers and workshop uniforms in our own facility, with your logo embroidered or printed in-house. Whether you are outfitting a ten-person maintenance team or mobilising hundreds of workers onto a new project, every piece matches — first order and every reorder after it.
Our Workwear Range

We specify fabric, construction and pockets around the work itself — not around how the garment looks folded on a shelf.
Breathable fabrics and ventilated cuts for crews working outdoors in UAE summer. For lighter tasks, Cooltex polos keep workers dry.
Reinforced seams and hard-wearing fabrics at the knees, seat and pockets, where workwear fails first.
Pocket layouts built for the trade — tools, phones, pens and measuring tapes, where they can actually be reached.
Company logos, back printing, worker names and colour coding by trade or contractor, applied in-house.
Buyer’s Guide
The four most common options, and where each one works best.
| Type | What it is | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-piece coverall | A single boiler suit covering the whole body | Factories, workshops, dirty or oily work | Hotter in summer; harder to remove for breaks |
| 2-piece coverall | Matching jacket and trousers worn as a set | Construction, maintenance, mixed indoor and outdoor work | Top and bottom need matching sizes ordered |
| Bib overalls | Trousers with a chest bib and shoulder straps | Painters, mechanics, workers who kneel and bend | Usually worn with a separate shirt |
| Shirt & cargo trousers | Work shirt with multi-pocket cargo trousers | Supervisors, technicians, logistics and site engineers | Less body coverage for very dirty work |
Industries
Each industry wears out workwear differently. We specify the garment around yours.
Construction workwear and coveralls for site crews, with colour coding by trade or subcontractor. Add hi-vis safety clothing for road and traffic work.
Factory uniforms and coveralls that stand up to machinery, dust and daily industrial washing.
Coveralls and work uniforms for support and maintenance crews. Send us your site’s PPE specification and we will advise on the right garment.
Warehouse uniforms and driver uniforms that keep your brand visible on the floor and on every delivery.
Mechanic uniforms in dark, grease-hiding colours for dealerships, garages and service centres.
Technician and maintenance uniforms that match your security and soft-services teams.
Projects & Large Workforces
Contractors mobilise crews on tight schedules, and workforces turn over constantly. We plan for both. Your designs, colours and logo files stay on file, so a new project or a single new worker gets an exact match to what your crews already wear.
Samples are ready in around 7 days and bulk production runs 2–4 weeks after approval, with delivery sorted by site, trade and size across Dubai and the UAE.

Common Questions
A 1-piece coverall is a single boiler suit that covers the whole body, best for dirty or oily work where full coverage matters. A 2-piece coverall is a matching jacket and trousers, which is cooler, easier to take off during breaks and lets workers replace just one half when it wears out.
Poly-cotton blends are the most popular: breathable, hard-wearing and easy to wash. Higher cotton content is cooler against the skin, while higher polyester content lasts longer and holds colour better. For lighter outdoor tasks, Cooltex moisture-wicking polos keep crews far more comfortable.
Navy, grey and dark blue hide grease and dirt best, which is why they dominate workshops and factories. Khaki and beige suit dusty outdoor sites. Where workers need to be seen by traffic or machinery, bright orange or yellow with reflective tape is the better choice — see our safety uniforms.
Most companies issue at least two to three sets per worker so one is always clean while others are being washed. For dirty or high-heat work, three sets is the safer minimum.
Pre-treat grease and oil stains, wash work clothing separately from everyday clothing, and close zips and fasteners first. Turning garments inside out protects logos and reflective tape. Avoid fabric softener on any garment with reflective elements.
Ten pieces per design. That suits a small maintenance team as well as a contractor outfitting hundreds of workers, and larger volumes are priced accordingly.
Samples are typically ready in around 7 days and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after approval. Repeat orders are faster because your designs are already on file.
