Hotel, restaurant and catering uniforms — chef coats, waiter, front office and housekeeping uniforms — designed in your brand and manufactured in-house in the UAE.
Hotels · Restaurants · Cafes · Catering
In hospitality, the uniform is part of the guest experience. It is the first thing a guest sees at reception, it is in every photo taken at a banquet, and it has to survive a twelve-hour shift in a kitchen running at full heat. Milano Group has supplied hospitality uniforms in Dubai and across the UAE for over 25 years, and we build every programme around how each department actually works.
Kitchen teams need breathable chef coats that hold up to daily high-temperature washing. Front office staff need tailored pieces in exact brand colours. Housekeeping needs freedom of movement. Pool, beach and outdoor teams need fabric that copes with Dubai heat. We design, manufacture and brand all of it under one roof, so every department looks like it belongs to the same property.
Trusted by brands including Armani Hotel, Emaar and Meraas.

Pantone-matched blazers, waistcoats and shirts, so reception, concierge and guest relations look identical on every shift.
Cuts that allow full movement, in durable fabrics that keep their colour through repeated laundering.

Uniforms by Role
From the front desk to the back of house, we dress every role in a hotel, restaurant or catering operation — in one consistent brand look.
New Hotels & Restaurants
Opening a new hotel or restaurant means dressing every department at once, to a date that does not move. We plan the full hotel uniform programme with you ahead of launch — one supplier handling design, sampling, sizing and delivery for kitchen, front office, F&B, housekeeping and security.
Samples are ready in around 7 days and bulk production runs 2–4 weeks after approval. For a full pre-opening programme we recommend starting at least 6–8 weeks before opening, which leaves room for fit sessions and changes.

Common Questions
Ten pieces per design. That suits a single cafe or restaurant as well as a full hotel programme, and larger multi-department orders are priced accordingly.
Samples are typically ready in around 7 days. Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on volume and the number of designs.
Yes. We handle design per department, sampling, size collection and bulk delivery sorted by department and size. Starting 6–8 weeks before opening gives the most room for fittings and changes.
Yes. Our chef coats use breathable, easy-care fabrics chosen to stay comfortable in kitchen heat and to hold up to frequent high-temperature washing. We send swatches so your head chef can check the fabric first.
Yes. We work to Pantone references for fabric and print and thread-match embroidery, so every department carries the same brand colours.
Our Cooltex polo shirts. The 2-layer fabric stays soft against the skin while moving sweat out fast, which makes a real difference for staff working outdoors through a UAE summer.
Yes. We keep your patterns, fabric specification, thread codes and Pantone references on file, so new staff and replacement pieces match what your team already wears.
Yes. Hotels often order security uniforms, maintenance workwear and office uniforms alongside hospitality pieces, so the whole property comes from one supplier.
Pricing depends on the garment, fabric, branding method and quantity. Per-piece cost drops as volume increases, and multi-department hotel programmes are quoted as a package. Send us your requirements and we will return a free quote with a design mockup.
It depends on the role. Kitchen teams need breathable poly-cotton that survives hot washes. Front-of-house staff need tailored blends that hold a crease. Cafe, terrace and casual dining staff do best in Cooltex moisture-wicking polos, which stay dry through a full shift.
