Stitched Logos · Made in the UAE
Durable, premium logo embroidery on polo shirts, shirts, caps, jackets, uniforms and bags — stitched in-house by Milano Group, with free design and mockups. From 10 pieces per design.
Why Choose Embroidery?
Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread, rather than printing it on the surface. The result is a raised, textured finish that looks premium on a polo, shirt, cap or jacket, and it holds up to frequent washing, including the heavy laundering that uniforms go through.
That durability is why embroidery is the standard for corporate uniforms, hospitality teams, security staff and branded workwear across Dubai and the UAE.
Milano Group has been making garments in the UAE since 1999, with embroidery, printing and sewing under one roof in our own Sharjah factory. You deal with one supplier from logo to delivery. For detailed multi-colour artwork or large designs, DTF printing may suit better — we will always recommend the right method.

What We Embroider
Whether it is 10 polos or a full staff wardrobe, every piece is stitched and finished in-house. See our full corporate uniform range for complete outfits.

Before any stitching starts, your artwork has to be converted into a stitch file. This is called digitising: each part of the logo is mapped into stitch types, directions and thread colours that the embroidery machine can follow. Good digitising is what makes a stitched logo look sharp rather than bulky.
Choosing a Method
We offer all four in-house. Embroidery gives the most premium look, while printing is better for detailed artwork and large designs. Compare screen printing and sublimation printing below, or see all options for custom t-shirts.
| Method | Best fabric | Colours | Best for | Feel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Embroidery | Polos, caps, jackets | Thread colours | Premium logos | Raised, textured |
| Screen printing | Cotton and blends | Few solid colours | Large runs, simple logos | Durable printed layer |
| DTF | Cotton, blends, polyester | Unlimited | Detailed artwork, small runs | Thin, flexible film |
| Sublimation | Polyester, light colours | Unlimited, photo quality | Sports kits, all-over prints | No feel at all — part of the fabric |

Embroidery stitches thread into the fabric for a raised, durable, premium look. Printing places ink or film on the surface, which suits detailed artwork, gradients and large designs. We offer both, plus screen printing, in-house.
Digitising converts your logo artwork into a stitch file, a set of instructions telling the embroidery machine where and how to stitch each part and in which thread colour. A well-digitised file gives cleaner edges and a better finish.
Often yes, but thread has limits. Very small or thin lettering can lose clarity, so there is a minimum practical size. Send your logo and we will advise on whether it needs to be enlarged or simplified.
